Role Description The Business Consultant will work on-site in Perintalmanna in a full-time capacity, partnering with clients to understand their HR and recruitment needs and translate them into practical solutions using simpatico HR’s platform and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting business analyses, mapping client processes, and recommending improvements that align with best practices and organizational goals. The role involves facilitating client meetings, preparing proposals and reports, and guiding clients through implementation and change management activities. The consultant will collaborate closely with internal product, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery, monitor performance outcomes, and support ongoing optimization and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting to assess client needs and design effective business solutions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging stakeholders, delivering presentations, and preparing clear documentation.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Finance to understand business cases, budgets, and ROI for proposed initiatives.
- Experience working with HR technology, SaaS platforms, or recruitment services is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Perintalmanna, manage multiple client engagements, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities, with a focus on client success and ethical business conduct.
