Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Consultant role based in Mumbai. The Business Consultant will work closely with clients and partners to understand their investment platform needs, translate business requirements into solutions using MFAPIs’ infrastructure, and guide them through implementation and adoption. Responsibilities include conducting business analysis, mapping workflows, preparing proposals and solution documents, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure successful deployment. The role involves managing stakeholder expectations, providing ongoing consultation on best practices, and identifying opportunities to optimize operations and drive product enhancements. The Business Consultant will also support training, demo sessions, and feedback collection to improve client experience and platform usage.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, map processes, and derive actionable business insights.
- Hands-on experience in consulting or management consulting, ideally within fintech, financial services, or technology-driven environments.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, client presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid understanding of finance and investment products, such as mutual funds, stocks, and digital investment solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools, documentation, and basic data visualization or reporting tools.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, or technology product implementation is an advantage.
