Job Overview
JKS Group is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Consultant for the education sector who will be responsible for connecting with B2B partners and revenue generation. The role involves consultative selling, client relationship management, and strategic outreach to schools, colleges, and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education sector (schools, colleges, coaching institutes, students).
- Conduct consultative discussions with students and institutions to understand their needs and recommend suitable services/programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and key stakeholders.
- Generate leads through calls, field visits, seminars, and networking activities.
- Conduct presentations, career guidance sessions, and counseling for students.
- Convert leads into successful enrollments and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated with education trends, student needs, and competitor offerings.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Sales / Business Development / Education Consulting
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Strong communication, convincing, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for field visits and institutional meetings
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
Additional Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in education industry / EdTech / career counseling
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability
- Passion for helping students with career guidance
