Role Description The Business Consultant is a full-time/part-time, on-site/Hybrid/Work from role based in Kanpur, responsible for advising clients on how to leverage Innovaneers Technologies’ digital solutions to meet their business objectives. This role includes conducting business analyses, identifying client needs, and translating them into actionable technology and process recommendations. The Business Consultant will collaborate with product, development, and design teams to shape solution roadmaps, prepare proposals, and support implementation planning. Day-to-day tasks include leading client meetings and workshops, preparing business cases and reports, monitoring project outcomes against KPIs, and suggesting improvements to maximize ROI. The role also involves staying informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to provide informed, strategic guidance to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess business challenges, interpret data, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
- Demonstrated Consulting and Management Consulting experience in advising organizations on strategy, operations, or technology-enabled transformation.
- Excellent Communication skills, including stakeholder engagement, presentation, and clear business documentation.
- Solid understanding of Finance principles to support budgeting, ROI analysis, and business case development.
- Experience working with or around digital products (web, mobile, SaaS, CRM/ERP) and familiarity with technology project lifecycles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in IT services, product consulting, or tech startups is preferred, along with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
