Hiteshi Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and client-focused Business Consultant with strong expertise in IT Services, client communication, technical discussions, and deal closure.
Location: Crystal IT Park, Indore
Experience: 3+ Years
Work Mode: Onsite | 5 Days a Week
Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic professional who can confidently interact with international clients, understand technical project requirements, participate in solution discussions, and support the complete business development lifecycle from lead engagement to deal closure.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to IT software services, project coordination, consulting discussions, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle and mature assigned leads from warm to closure stage
• Participate in technical and functional client discussions
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
• Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and business documents
• Support deal negotiations and closure activities
• Manage CRM updates and sales activity tracking
• Guide and support junior business development team members when required
• Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication throughout the sales cycle
Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in IT Services / IT Consulting / Business Development
• Strong understanding of Software Development Services and SDLC
• Experience interacting with international clients (USA, UK, Europe, Australia, Middle East)
• Excellent communication, consulting, and presentation skills
• Strong client handling and relationship management abilities
• Experience in lead generation, requirement gathering, and deal closures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
