Are you good at understanding client requirements, presenting the right solution and converting opportunities into business?
Career Creed HR Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Consultant to handle qualified leads provided by the company and convert them into long-term clients.
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and qualify company-provided leads
• Connect with Founders, CXOs, HR Heads and Business Owners
• Understand client requirements and HR challenges
• Conduct solution-based consultations and presentations
• Pitch HR Outsourcing, Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, HRMS and HR Audit solutions
• Manage follow-ups, proposals, negotiations and closures
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, HR Services, SaaS or Consulting
• Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills
• Confident in dealing with senior decision-makers
• Target-oriented and commercially driven approach
