About the Role
Shoraye is building a high-impact consulting team focused on scaling businesses from the ground up. We are looking for experienced Business Growth Consultants who have worked with companies in building, scaling, and optimizing business operations.
The role requires individuals who have experience in end-to-end business consulting, including strategy, sales growth, marketing execution, operations management, and delivery optimization.
The consultant will work closely with the Founder to support client businesses in scaling sustainably and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth Strategy
• Analyze client businesses and identify growth opportunities
• Design and implement scaling strategies
• Support companies in building operational structures from scratch
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
• Develop sales frameworks and processes
• Improve lead generation and conversion strategies
• Build scalable sales pipelines
3. Marketing Strategy
• Design growth-driven marketing strategies
• Work with marketing teams to execute campaigns
• Improve customer acquisition channels
4. Operations & Delivery
• Build operational systems and workflows
• Improve delivery processes and efficiency
• Implement scalable operational frameworks
5. Business Performance Monitoring
• Track business performance metrics
• Identify bottlenecks in growth and profitability
• Implement performance improvement strategies
6. Consulting & Advisory
• Provide strategic guidance to founders and leadership teams
• Support decision-making through data-driven insights
• Guide businesses through growth and scaling phases
Required Experience
• Experience working as a Business Consultant / Growth Consultant
• Proven experience scaling businesses from early stage
• Experience in sales, marketing, operations, and delivery
• Ability to work with startup founders and leadership teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
