Job Designation: Business Consultant – Manufacturing Solutions
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit manufacturing units and understand their production and operational processes
- Interact with factory owners, management teams, and plant staff to gather business insights
- Identify operational challenges, workflow gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Observe existing systems, reporting methods, and production practices
- Prepare visit summaries, notes, and follow-up documentation after each interaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to support planning and execution of suitable solutions
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Support business development efforts by identifying client needs and opportunities for improvement
