Business Compliance Executive | RTLYNX
Bangalore | 6-Month Assessment Phase → Full-Time | MBA Mandatory

This is a high-ownership role where you’ll handle real filings from Day 1 and transition into a full-time position based on performance.
🎯 What You’ll Do
Take ownership of ROC filings (AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, etc.)
Handle GST, TDS, ITR filings end-to-end
Manage PF, ESI, Karnataka PT compliance
Drive a zero-delay compliance calendar
Work directly with founders, CA/CS & govt portals
🔍 Who Should Apply
MBA (Finance/Accounts) – Mandatory
1–2 years hands-on experience in compliance filings
Experience with IndiaFilings / VakilSearch / Startupwala preferred
Strong ownership mindset + attention to detail
