Role Description
This is an internship role for a Business Communication Intern, with a hybrid working arrangement based in Lucknow. The intern will assist in developing business communication strategies, handling customer service interactions, preparing business planning materials, and supporting day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, drafting professional communication, and contributing to process improvements. Some tasks may be completed remotely, while others will require on-site presence in Lucknow.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Business and Business Planning for creating strategies and proposals
- Analytical Skills to assess client requirements and provide actionable insights
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage tasks independently
- Familiarity with digital media or content services is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
