Responsibilities
- Adhere to all internal reporting norms like operational tracker, daily reporting, etc.
- Be a part of relevant internal training programs and coach review meetings for professional and personal development.
- Facilitating group coaching interactions with business owners to help them accomplish key milestones.
- Data management and reporting - Tracking the client's progress and implementation.
- Coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
- Responding to client queries shared on our internal portal/whatsapp in a timely manner.
- Attend all required front-end and back-end programs and act on all such activities, like going through webinars and shadowing other coaches and being shadowed during the initial stages in order to familiarize oneself with the content completely.
- Facilitate Event Breakout rooms within 7 months of being onboarded.
Requirements
- Any graduate/postgraduate
- Has an MBA degree and has either been a business owner or has a business consulting background with a minimum of 1 Year. It would be a plus if they come with Minimum of 1 year of experience in training and coaching senior-level leadership executives on topics such as Time management and Prioritization, Effective Leadership, Problem Solving and Decision Making.
- Entrepreneurial or business experience would be a definite plus.
- Should be excited about working with business owners and join a high-performance team on a mission to impact lives.
- Knowledge of diverse business areas and fields.
- Well versed with technology (basic proficiency would be required).
- Critical thinker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Must be an attentive listener.
- Aptitude to grasp new concepts, understand, and comprehend complex business situations and effectively produce results.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills - an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset.
- Should view themselves as a catalyst/change-maker.
- Confidence and maturity to work with senior executives.
- Must possess the ability to learn, unlearn, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Should have the ability to give and receive feedback, as a lot of feedback will need to be shared with business owners and the coach would also receive feedback in multiple ways
Desired Skills
- Follow the prescribed coaching template and handhold entrepreneurs through the journey of helping them take their business to the next level.
- Have accountability conversations with the client based on the action plan created along with the relevant Master coach.
- Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and being accountable for them.
- Review task documents of the clients and provide them with developmental feedback in a timely manner.
