Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Coach and Consultant, based in Ajmer. The role involves providing business coaching, consulting, and strategic planning guidance to clients, supporting them in achieving their growth and funding objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing business needs, developing actionable plans, delivering tailored training sessions, and consulting on startup strategies to align with government programs, investor requirements, and growth goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Coaching and Coaching to mentor clients and guide them in achieving their goals
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Consulting to develop actionable growth and funding strategies
- Strong capability in Training to deliver effective workshops and skill-enhancing sessions
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and ensure effective collaboration
- Proficiency in creating tailored strategies for startups, particularly in navigating government schemes and funding applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications in coaching or consulting is a plus
- Proven experience in working with startups, incubators, or related sectors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
