Business Co-Founder (Enterprise SaaS) — Autonmis (Equity + Investment)
We built the product. Now we need someone to build the business.
Autonmis is an agentic data platform for mid-market ops teams. The product works. Early users validate it solves pain they live with daily. We’re at an inflection point: what we need now is distribution muscle to turn traction into revenue and scale into a real business.
What You'd Own
Everything commercial. From day one.
Close the warm pipeline we have. Build a repeatable sales motion. Drive first ₹1Cr ARR. Own the seed raise and investor conversations. Open SI and channel partnerships that compress time to distribution.
This isn't a strategy role. You're making calls, running deals, pushing to close, and building the systems to do it at scale.
Who This Is For
You've taken a B2B product from zero to real revenue before — ₹50L+ ARR minimum, and you did it yourself, not just managed a team that did.
You sell directly. Cold outreach, discovery, negotiation, close. You don't wait for someone to hand you a playbook.
You've raised capital or know the mechanics well enough to own the narrative.
You're willing to invest ₹35-70L because you want ownership, not a job.
What You Get
Co-founder equity, performance-vested. You own the business side completely.
Warm pipeline exists. Product is stable. ICP is clear. You're not starting from nothing — you're starting from something that already works and needs distribution muscle to scale.
Why Now
Most early startups are still figuring out if the product works. That part is done.
