Autonmis is an agentic data platform that makes operational data actionable for mid-market companies. We’ve spent the last year hardening the product, running pilots, and proving the problem is real.
The product works. Early users validate it solves pain they live with daily. We’re at an inflection point: what we need now is distribution muscle to turn traction into revenue and scale into a real business.
What We Need
A business co-founder who can own GTM execution from day one.
Not an advisor. Not a strategist. An operator who’s built before and knows how to drive revenue, close deals, and scale a sales motion in a category that doesn’t have established playbooks yet.
You’ll own:
• GTM execution — close warm pipeline, build repeatable sales motion, drive first ₹1Cr ARR in 12-18 months
• Fundraising — structure and execute seed raise, own investor conversations
• Partnerships — identify and close SI/channel partnerships that accelerate distribution
• Growth strategy — find leverage points, experiment fast, scale what works
This is hands-on, execution-first. You’ll be making calls, running meetings, pushing deals to close, building systems from scratch.
Who You Are
• You’ve taken a B2B product from 0 to meaningful revenue before (₹50L+ ARR minimum)
• You can sell directly — cold outreach, discovery, negotiation, close. No fluff.
• You’ve raised capital or know how to structure a compelling fundraise narrative
• You’re not a “strategizer” — you execute relentlessly and adjust based on what works
• You’re willing to invest ₹35-70L and want real skin in the game
