ABOUT THE ROLE: Shrinath Solitaire Infra Private Limited is expanding its portfolio across multiple real estate developments and is looking for a dynamic professional to manage business operations, client engagement, and market presence end-to-end.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end client journey — from initial engagement to final closure and post-sale experience
- Understanding client requirements and guiding them through the overall process
- Driving and supporting lead generation efforts across multiple channels and touchpoints
- Planning and executing branding, promotion, and marketing initiatives to enhance project visibility
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth documentation and transactions
- Maintaining strong client relationships and consistent follow-ups
- Bringing structure, ownership, and clarity across business, marketing, and client-facing functions
🎯 Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in real estate, business operations, or client-facing roles
- Strong understanding of the local market (Nathdwara/Udaipur or nearby regions)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A well-rounded, ownership-driven approach to managing business, clients, and processes
