Key Responsibilities And Functions
- Portfolio Management: Managing and growing a portfolio of business clients by providing customized financial solutions.
- Customer Acquisition: Acquiring new business clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Credit Assessment: Conducting financial analysis of prospective and existing clients to assess creditworthiness and risk.
- Relationship Management: Serving as the key contact for resolving queries, managing day-to-day banking needs, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to sell additional bank products and services, such as Forex, trade finance, and cash management.
- Credit Proposals: Preparing and presenting credit proposals (CAM Preparation) to credit committees for approval. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field is typically required, with an MBA being a common preference for higher-level roles.
- Experience: Previous experience in corporate/business banking, credit analysis, or relationship management.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial statements, credit assessment, and trade/banking products.
