Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Business Automation Intern who is obsessed with orderly behaviour, structure, and efficiency. Your main role will be to study business operations, identify gaps, and help create systems that make the company run smoother.
This is a learn-and-implement, hands-on role where you will work closely with the founder, understand real business operations, and actively apply systems thinking inside the company. Based on performance, there is a strong opportunity to transition into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Study existing business operations and workflows
- Create clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Build and improve internal systems for daily tasks
- Help implement workflows across teams
- Organise processes, trackers, and documentation
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution
- Learn modern business automation systems and apply them practically
- Undergo training towards becoming a Zoho Certified Professional and assist in implementation tasks
Ideal Candidate
- Naturally organised and loves structure
- Obsessed with systems, order, and productivity
- Advanced spoken English skills are a must
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Fast learner with problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Freshers from technical backgrounds will be preferred over non-technical candidates
- Special preference for coders, software developers, and engineering-minded applicants
- Any experience with Notion, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management tools will be preferred
