About the Role
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role working directly with the Founders. You will act as their thought partner and force multiplier—owning critical projects that sit between strategy, finance, and commercial execution. The role is structured across five core pillars, requiring a unique blend of commercial acumen, financial discipline, and rigorous operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Leasing Advisory
- Support independent buy, sell, and lease advisory mandates representing global clients.
- Conduct mission profiling (analyzing routes, payloads, and environments) to narrow down suitable aircraft types.
- Assist in structural leasing and finance modeling to facilitate client fleet expansions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals for prospective buyers.
2. Accounting & Financial Management
- Oversee fundamental accounting workflows, ensuring precision in journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Manage statutory compliance workflows including but not limited to GST, TDS, and local tax obligations in coordination with corporate accountants..
- Manage expense management and tracking for the executive team.
3. Aircraft Costing & Pricing Services
- Develop and manage pricing and costing models for aircraft acquisitions, off-market deals, and charter services.
- Prepare techno commercial proposal for aircraft sales and charter services
4. Investor Relations
- Act as a core point of contact for current and prospective institutional investors, lessors, and financial stakeholders.
- Prepare institutional-grade investor updates, board decks, performance metrics, and fundraising materials.
5. Founders’ Office Coordination
- Serve as the primary administrative and strategic connective tissue for the Founders' ecosystem.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders, scheduling, high-stakes call preparation, email management, and systematic project follow-ups.
- Drive 0→1 special projects, tracking action items from executive meetings to guarantee closure across global time zones.
What We’re Looking For
Background & Experience
- Core Skills: Strong proficiency and flair for customer experience management, understanding market dynamics and building a strong sales funnel, and finance accumen
- Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience. Exposure to aviation, aerospace, corporate finance, or high-growth B2B startups is highly valued.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience working with early stage startups

- High Ownership: A natural bias for action and genuine professional hustle.
- Analytical Rigour: Ability to back up strategic arguments with clean data, and clear logic.
- Industry Curiosity: A genuine fascination with aviation is essential.
Working Model & Location
- Location: Chennai, India.
- Flexibility: IST-based with required flexibility for US time zone overlap.
