Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Associate, based in Tamil Nadu and Kerala, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Business Associate will handle day-to-day operations, assist in business development initiatives, analyze market trends, and provide support in financial and customer service processes. Key responsibilities include maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving process efficiency to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess data and market trends for informed decision-making.
- Knowledge of finance and business principles to support operations and strategy implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage client relationships effectively.
- Proven customer service skills and ability to address client needs with a solution-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated, adaptable to a hybrid work environment, and capable of working independently or in a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce, auctions, or sales is an added advantage.
