Job Summary
We are looking for driven and result-oriented Business Associate Managers (BAM) with mandatory agency channel experience for a leading life insurance company. The role involves driving sales through advisor recruitment, development, and ensuring consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors to build a strong agency network
- Drive sales targets through the agency channel
- Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to enhance productivity
- Provide on-field support to advisors for lead conversion and closures
- Ensure achievement of assigned business targets (monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Maintain strong relationships with advisors to ensure retention
- Monitor advisor performance and implement improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Identify and tap local market opportunities for business expansion
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in life insurance sales
- Mandatory experience in Agency Channel
- Prior experience in advisor recruitment preferred
- Graduation is mandatory
