Key Responsibilities
Network Expansion & Support
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned Buyer Network
Participants(BNP, Retailer Facing Apps) and Seller Network Participants(SNP, Brands/Distributor Facing Apps) on DigiDukaan.
- Ensure smooth integration and operational alignment between BNP and SNP systems.
- Track and follow up on open issues (catalog gaps, pricing mismatches, order failures) and drive closure.
Onboarding & Activation Support
- Support onboarding of new SNPs (brands/distributors) and ensure readiness for go-live.
- Assist in retailer and distributor onboarding efforts in collaboration with partners.
- Drive activation of onboarded partners by ensuring catalog, schemes, and pricing are live.
- Maintain onboarding trackers and ensure milestone-based progress (onboarded→ live → transacting).
Catalog, Pricing & Scheme Readiness
- Coordinate with SNPs and brands for catalog completeness (SKU, images, attributes).
- Track pricing and scheme uploads and ensure accuracy across systems.
- Identify and flag data inconsistencies (catalog mismatch, missing images, wrong schemes).
- Support execution of promotions and retailer-specific discount constructs.
Operations & Issue Management
- Monitor daily operations including order flow, acceptance rates, and fulfillment
issues.
- Maintain a central tracker of issues (NP integration, catalog gaps, scheme errors,
etc.).
- Coordinate with internal product/tech teams for issue resolution and fixes.
- Ensure SLA adherence for issue closure with external partners.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track key metrics such as retailer onboarding, distributor activation, orders,
GMV, AOV.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers for weekly reviews and war-room discussions.
- Identify gaps in performance and highlight actionable insights to the team.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with product, tech, operations, and GTM teams to ensure smooth
execution.
- Support training and communication efforts for SNPs and distributors where
required.
- Assist in preparing SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation.
Skills & Competencies
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, program management, partnerships, or
marketplace roles.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce, B2B commerce, or platform ecosystems.
- Strong execution and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (BNP, SNP, brands, distributors).
- Comfort working with trackers, dashboards, and operational data.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify and escalate issues proactively.
- Good communication skills for partner coordination and internal alignment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
