Role Description The Business Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Koyilandy. The Business Associate will support daily operations by handling customer inquiries, coordinating orders via Instagram and WhatsApp, and ensuring timely communication and service. Responsibilities include tracking sales performance, assisting with basic financial and business records, and helping implement promotions and flash sales.
