Role Description
At Brinco, Business Associates and Interns will play a key role in driving our franchise growth ecosystem by identifying and onboarding potential brands and investors. The role involves active calling, scheduling and conducting meetings with clients, understanding their business requirements, and guiding them toward the right franchise opportunities. You will be responsible for lead generation, regular follow-ups, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the deal cycle. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, consulting, and operations to ensure smooth execution and closures. This role offers hands-on exposure to business development, client interaction, and franchise consulting in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and convincing skills (especially over calls & meetings)
- Comfortable with client calling, pitching, and follow-ups
- Interest in sales, business development, or startup ecosystem
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle multiple clients and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of sales/marketing is a plus
