The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designs effective operating models. Supporting transformation initiatives is a key part of the day, which involves developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical projects to ensure successful outcomes.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align business objectives with technology capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team performance.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with diverse teams.

Additional Information
