Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive evaluations of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to clients. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand overarching customer needs and translating these insights into strategic business solutions. The Business Architect also focuses on designing the necessary organizational frameworks and preparing detailed business cases that support the realization of the envisioned goals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and long-term success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions are aligned with organizational goals.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to recommend innovative approaches and improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and strategic plans.
- Familiarity with insurance domain concepts and policy management systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
