Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves engaging deeply with client organizations to uncover opportunities that drive measurable business value. This role requires leading comprehensive assessments of the current operational state and collaborating with stakeholders to capture high-level customer needs. The Business Architect then shapes the necessary business solutions and frameworks to support these opportunities, while also crafting compelling business cases that align with the strategic vision. Throughout the day, the role demands a balance of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and effective communication to ensure that proposed initiatives are both feasible and impactful.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
- Support the development and refinement of business models and process frameworks.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business scenarios and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and present ideas clearly.
- Experience in business process modeling and requirements gathering.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that support strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with retail industry practices and technology integration concepts.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
