Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect plays a crucial part in bridging the gap between business needs and technology capabilities, ensuring that transformation initiatives are well-supported through detailed business cases and strategic guidance during implementation. Collaboration across multiple teams and continuous assessment of operating models are integral to driving successful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts to support strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technology solutions to ensure cohesive transformation efforts.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management SOM.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
