Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves exploring and identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization. This role requires assessing the existing business environment, gathering and understanding high-level requirements, and designing effective business solutions. The individual works closely with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
- Assist in monitoring the progress of transformation initiatives and provide feedback for continuous enhancement.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on business architecture practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration, GitHub, Co-Pilot and AI experience as Mandatory .
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled business models and workflows.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies for business process modeling and requirements gathering.
- Capability to support change management activities and contribute to organizational transformation efforts.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
