As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly assessing the current operational state. The role includes capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. This position requires translating complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designing effective operating models. Additionally, the Business Architect supports transformation initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of business and technology strategies.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
- Ability to develop and present business cases that support strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage diverse teams.
- Capability to guide and support transformation projects from conception through implementation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
