Are you a strategic technology leader passionate about building scalable enterprise systems and AI-driven solutions?
We’re looking for a Head of Business Applications to lead the vision, architecture, and delivery of our enterprise platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP SuccessFactors, Zendesk, Pardot, and AI-enabled tools driving business impact at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the enterprise applications & AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business growth
- Lead architecture, integrations, and governance across core platforms
- Drive adoption of AI-powered automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, HR, Finance, Product)
- Establish KPIs/OKRs to measure system performance, ROI, and adoption
- Build and lead a high-performing applications team
- Ensure data governance, compliance, and security across systems
- Champion change management and user adoption across global teams
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications (SaaS/Tech environment)
- Strong expertise in Salesforce + NetSuite + enterprise ecosystems
- Experience with AI/ML-driven tools, automation, and analytics
- Solid understanding of business processes across GTM, HR, Finance & Support
- Expertise in integrations (APIs, ETL, middleware) and data architecture
- Proven leadership in building and scaling teams
- Strong stakeholder management & executive communication skills
