Responsibilities:
ERP System Development and Customization:
Design, develop, and implement customized ERP solutions to meet business needs.
Customize existing ERP modules and interfaces for enhanced functionality.
Database Management:
Manage ERP database integrity and security.
Optimize database performance and ensure efficient data handling.
API Development and Management:
Design, develop, and manage APIs to enable seamless data linkage between the ERP system and external tools or applications.
Ensure secure, efficient, and scalable API integration, facilitating data exchange and interoperability with other business systems and third-party applications.
User Support and Training:
Provide technical support to ERP system users.
Develop and conduct training sessions for users on ERP functionalities.
Integration and Testing:
Integrate ERP systems with other business applications and data modelling systems.
Conduct thorough testing of ERP solutions to ensure stability and performance.
Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP systems and processes.
Design relevant reports to drive business insights and decision-making.
Maintenance and Updates:
Regularly update ERP systems to incorporate new features and security patches.
Conduct routine maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance
Required Qualifications, Skills, or Experience
Technical Skills:
Proficient in ERP software development and customization.
Strong understanding of database management and optimization.
Experience with integrating ERP systems with other business applications.
Skilled in coding, scripting, and automation related to ERP systems.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving system issues.
Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent communication skills for interacting with users and stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and coordinate with other departments.
Adaptability and Continuous Learning:
Willingness to stay updated with the latest ERP trends and technologies.
Adaptability to changing business needs and technological landscapes.
Professional Experience & Education:
Relevant experience in ERP development or related fields is preferred.
Prior experience managing data storage and management infrastructures of large-scale organizations is preferred.
While formal education in IT or a related field is beneficial, we prioritize practical skills and real-world experience.
