The Salesforce Configuration Analyst supports global Salesforce users by managing configuration requests and providing technical support (L2). Responsibilities include user access management, documentation, troubleshooting, and resolving integration and data flow issues. The role involves creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and report types, along with incident management using tools like ServiceNow.
Key skills include expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud Lightning configuration, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and metadata analysis. Proficiency with Data Loader, Workbench, and CRM Analytics is advantageous. The candidate must document business processes and understand when to configure versus customize solutions.
Preferred qualifications include strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders. Experience with Salesforce administration, process automation, and third-party integrations is valued. Familiarity with ticket management systems and a collaborative team approach are essential.
Mandatory experience is 3+ years on enterprise-level Salesforce projects using ITIL methodologies. Education: Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
