Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business and Marketing Web Developer located in Chennai. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites that effectively support business and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include creating seamless user experiences, implementing visually compelling web designs, ensuring website functionality, and optimizing for performance. The selected candidate will also collaborate with marketing teams to integrate digital tools and strategies, contributing to the organization’s outreach and engagement efforts.
Qualifications
- Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Back-End Web Development and Programming skills, with proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks
- Strong understanding and practical knowledge of Web Development principles and best practices
- Ability to create and deliver cohesive, user-friendly digital experiences
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multi-functional teams
- Prior experience in integrating marketing tools and strategies into websites
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with SEO, analytics integration, and UX/UI optimization is a plus
