Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Chennai for a Business Analytics Trainer. The primary responsibilities include conducting training sessions, developing course content and materials, coaching team members, and teaching business analytics strategies. The Trainer will also collaborate with sales and management teams to tailor sessions that align with organizational goals, ensuring trainees are equipped to excel in analytics-based decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Training and Coaching for diverse audiences
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Teaching methodologies
- Knowledge of Sales techniques and their application in business analytics
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners
- Adaptability to different learning styles and organizational needs
- Prior experience with data-driven decision-making or business intelligence tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Education, or related field
