SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analytics Consultant – Patient Analytics to support consulting and analytics projects for life sciences clients.
In this role, you will work with large-scale patient-level healthcare datasets to generate actionable insights that support pharmaceutical and healthcare decision-making. You will collaborate with consulting teams to design analytical solutions, interpret complex healthcare data, and deliver impactful insights to clients.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong healthcare analytics, life sciences consulting, and data interpretation experience, particularly those familiar with real-world healthcare datasets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Consulting & Analytics Delivery
- Support the design, development, and delivery of consulting projects for life sciences clients.
- Contribute to the execution of large and complex analytics engagements by providing analytical insights and recommendations.
- Analyse client requirements and assist in developing cost-effective, data-driven analytical solutions.
Patient-Level Data Analysis
- Work with patient-level healthcare datasets such as APLD, LAAD, PharMetrics, Komodo, and other similar real-world healthcare databases.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and client challenges.
- Translate complex data findings into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.
Client Reporting & Insight Development
- Support the development of client-ready deliverables including reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Assist consulting teams in presenting insights and recommendations during client discussions where required.
Team Support & Collaboration
- Provide guidance and support to Analysts and Associate Consultants working on project deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Continuously build knowledge of life sciences consulting methodologies and market trends.
Business Growth & Market Insight
- Identify potential follow-on consulting opportunities with existing clients.
- Contribute insights that help strengthen client relationships and support new business opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with patient-level healthcare datasets such as APLD, LAAD, PharMetrics, Komodo, or similar.
- Strong analytics experience within life sciences, pharmaceutical consulting, or healthcare data environments.
- Ability to analyse complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver client-ready outputs.
- Experience supporting consulting engagements or analytics projects in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors is highly preferred.
CONTRACT DETAILS
Initial contract duration: 6 months
SALARY
Attractive Hourly Rate
Estimated monthly hours: 187 hours
LOCATION
Bangalore (Preferred)
Gurgaon or Pune (Secondary options)
Hybrid working model
