Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Private Equity and Private Credit to support business analysis, requirements gathering, and implementation of financial systems and processes. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and investment teams to deliver solutions for investment management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Private Equity and Private Credit operations.
- Work with stakeholders to document functional requirements, business processes, and workflows.
- Support implementation and enhancement of investment management systems.
- Analyze data related to portfolio management, fund accounting, and deal lifecycle.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with technology, operations, and investment teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in UAT testing, validation, and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and reporting.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Private Equity and Private Credit lifecycle.
- Experience in fund accounting, portfolio management, and deal management processes.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and data analysis is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with investment platforms such as eFront, BlackRock Aladdin, or Investran.
- Experience working with asset management or investment firms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Technology.
