Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Private Credit to support business and technology teams in delivering data-driven solutions. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and contribute to system enhancements within the private credit domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Work on private credit workflows including loan lifecycle, credit risk, and portfolio management
- Collaborate with technology teams to translate business needs into functional specifications
- Perform data analysis and support reporting for investment and credit teams
- Assist in UAT, defect tracking, and validation of system changes
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst (6+ years)
- Domain knowledge in Private Credit / Private Debt / Loan Management
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
- Good understanding of financial instruments and credit risk concepts
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
