Fship is looking for a Business Analyst who enjoys getting hands-on with products and solving real business problems through tech. You’ll work closely with founders, product managers, developers, and QA to turn ideas into clear requirements and shipped features.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements
- Write user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams during planning and development
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives
- Support QA and UAT to ensure features are delivered as expected
- Identify gaps, edge cases, and improvements in existing workflows
- Help document processes, APIs, and system flows when needed
Key Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software/product teams
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum processes
- Ability to break down complex problems into simple, actionable requirements
- Good communication skills — you can talk business and tech comfortably
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Notion, Excel etc.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations
- Startup or fast-paced product experience
- Exposure to SaaS, e-commerce, and logistics domains
- Experience working closely with developers and QA teams
