Your future duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
The member will be required to work with the Client support group to recreate, analyze and resolve client reported issues related to an HRM ERP.
Responsible for driving the resolution of client reported issues through coordination with technical and development teams.
An experience in client support and HRM ERP is necessary
Knowledge of US Gov employee benefits, payroll and payroll accounting management processes would be added advantage.
Complete ownership of client reported tickets until the issue is confirmed as resolved by the client.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Must-Have Skills:
Minimum 3 Years of HRM domain experience in client support / testing / analyzing ERP software products.
Candidate should have graduation minimum MBA HR with experience in HR/Payroll Domain ERP and BTech/BE/BSC in Computer Science/IT
Candidate should have exposure to preparing test scripts and test cases.
Candidate should have knowledge of defect and ticket tracking tools.
Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
Collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders and other business functions.
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, SQLs, JQLs is an advantage.
HRM ERP knowledge, Excellent communication (both written and spoken), Client support experience, Knowledge of JIRA and confluence
Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of Java, Cobol, SQLs and JQLs, US Gov Payroll, Benefits and Payroll Accounting Processes would be added advantage
