We’re Hiring: Business Analyst & Senior Business Analyst (US Healthcare)

Are you passionate about bridging business needs with technology solutions? We’re looking for talented Business Analysts (5+ years) and Senior Business Analysts (8+ years) with strong US Healthcare domain experience to join our growing team!

Open Roles:

• Business Analyst – 5+ Years

• Senior Business Analyst – 8+ Years

• Location – [Coimbatore / Chennai]

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business & functional requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers & tech teams

• Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions

• Drive process improvements and recommend scalable solutions

• Support UAT, validation, and successful project delivery

• Create detailed documentation (BRDs, user stories, process flows)

What We’re Looking For:

• Mandatory: US Healthcare domain experience

• Strong experience in requirement gathering & stakeholder management

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum & SDLC

• Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart

• Good understanding of UAT, process improvement & data analysis

• Excellent communication & analytical skills
