We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst.

In This Role, You Will

  • Superb attention to detail and a rigorous focus on delivering quality requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ability to speak knowledgeably with members of both the business and technical teams
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and clearly communicate findings of analysis
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, relationship and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving and structuring skills, with ability to bring actionable insights through effective communication.
  • Understanding the business objective/ requirements and holistic analysis of the requirements considering existing functionality/functions to ensure project objective is achieved without breaking existing functionality/functions
  • Documenting requirements - Documenting requirements and writing down solution by using artifacts (user stories, Confluence, PPT ) during the implementation of business solution.
  • Facilitating the elicitation and evaluation of business requirements for delivering new or enhanced software systems, and measuring the success of the associated initiatives( GCB 5)

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience on retail products, account opening, operation workflow, business processing
  • Domain knowledge on one of the areas of retail banking, commercial banking, payments , lending
  • Exposure towards HSBC systems is desirable.
  • Scrum, Story Writing & Grooming experience.
  • Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
