Business Analyst (Salesforce + Tableau) | Remote
We have an exciting opportunity for a data-driven Business Analyst to join a dynamic Commercial Operations team.
📍 Location: Remote
🕒 Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM IST
🔹 Role Overview
Looking for a professional who can bridge data and business decisions, with strong expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and Tableau, helping drive sales performance and operational efficiency.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Analyze sales pipelines, revenue trends & performance insights
✔️ Build and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards (KPIs)
✔️ Manage Salesforce ecosystem (reporting, workflows, data hygiene)
✔️ Optimize “Lead-to-Cash” processes
✔️ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Finance teams
✔️ Drive user adoption through training & documentation
🛠️ Technical Skills Required
✔️ Strong Salesforce knowledge (objects, flows, reporting)
✔️ Expertise in Tableau (LOD expressions, dashboards, data blending)
✔️ Solid SQL skills for data analysis
✔️ Experience in sales forecasting & commercial operations
✔️ Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA)
🎓 Qualifications
✔️ 3–5 years in Sales Ops / Business Ops / Commercial Ops
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
✔️ Salesforce Admin / Tableau certifications (preferred)
✔️ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
