About The Role
In this role, you will be working on projects to help fine-tune large language models (like ChatGPT) using your strong analytical and English comprehension skills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks, conduct research online, validate claims made in content through online research, and work with Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex puzzles. Your role is critical in helping to fine-tune and improve large language models, making you an expert in leveraging AI for analytical tasks. The work involves engaging with diverse analytical questions, creating scenarios to train models, and providing detailed feedback to improve model accuracy and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Analyze a variety of complex questions related to data, content, and scenarios to assist in model training and fine-tuning.
- Break down large content into logical, manageable segments to facilitate better understanding and model learning.
- Conduct online research to validate claims, gather relevant information, and ensure the accuracy of content used for training models.
- Create and articulate clear, concise explanations and correct answers for scenarios where models may produce errors.
- Work collaboratively with the AI research team to improve model performance through detailed feedback and annotations.
- Design and simulate scenarios that challenge the models, helping them learn from diverse and nuanced data inputs.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all deliverables.
- Stay updated on AI and machine learning trends to continuously improve training methodologies.
Qualifications
- High proficiency in English reading and writing, with excellent comprehension skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills, capable of synthesizing large amounts of information.
- Ability to provide detailed, constructive feedback and annotations.
- Creative thinking and lateral problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable technical setup, including a desktop or laptop with a stable high-speed internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Candidates without a degree but with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in professional writing roles such as business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite tools, with a good understanding of data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic.
