Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Business Analyst specializing in Real Estate Economics. The candidate will analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, gather and document business requirements, and ensure the seamless execution of projects. Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders, performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, and providing recommendations to optimize operational workflows and reporting systems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, data-driven solutions tailored to the real estate industry.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and draw actionable insights
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process optimization
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with stakeholders and convey findings effectively
- Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively and make strategic, data-supported decisions
- Knowledge of real estate industry operations and familiarity with reporting systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in relevant analytical tools and software is highly desirable
