Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst / Project Manager based in the Pune Division. The Business Analyst / Project Manager will be involved in end-to-end project management, client requirement analysis, developing project plans, and ensuring deliverables meet stated objectives within allocated timelines. The role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective communication with stakeholders, documentation of business workflows, and ensuring the seamless implementation of Oracle NetSuite and Zoho solutions. Additionally, the role includes identifying opportunities to optimize business processes using ERP and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Analysis, requirement gathering, and process mapping
• Experience in Project Management, planning, and coordinating across multiple teams
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite and Zoho solutions
• Knowledge of software implementation, customization, and integration processes
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a dynamic team effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Professional certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management (e.g., PMP, CBAP) are a plus
• Experience in managing IT projects or experience in cloud-based business applications is highly desirable
