We’re Hiring | Business Analyst & Project Manager

Adhanam Infotech Private Limited is looking for a dynamic Business Analyst & Project Manager to join our growing software product and development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, managing software projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage software development projects from initiation to deployment.
- Coordinate with UI/UX, Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-go-live activities.
- Prepare regular project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Required Skills

- –6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or a hybrid BA/PM role.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Preferred
- Experience in HRMS, ERP, Healthcare, SaaS, or Enterprise Software products.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Scrum Master, PMP, CBAP, or similar certifications will be an added advantage.
