About Transformation Office
The Transformation Office is a central, high-impact team driving enterprise-wide change at More Retail. Working across supply chain, store operations, and key functions, the team focuses on a few critical priorities that unlock growth, efficiency, and superior customer experience.
With a mandate across people, processes, governance, and technology, the team uses a data-first, programmatic approach to define the right metrics, identify gaps, and drive scalable solutions. By combining sharp analytics with strong execution, the team ensures strategic initiatives translate into measurable, long-term impact.
Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a driven Program Manager to scale and strengthen the Transformation Office. This role will lead high-impact strategic initiatives, leveraging data and technology to improve operational performance and efficiency. Working closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, including Amazon, the role will ensure disciplined execution of priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-impact strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, tech and finance teams to ensure scalable
and sustainable solutions and execution of business goals that enhance profitability.
- Leverage big data and advanced analytics (SQL, Python, and visualization tools) to identify problem statements, uncover opportunities, and define actionable solutions.
- Help create relevant data dashboards and provide inputs for appropriate actions and business decisions. Identify variance and outliers against the agreed metrics.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify variances, trends, and outliers; apply strong critical thinking to diagnose root causes and recommend interventions.
- Drive alignment and accountability across stakeholders to implement process improvements and ensure consistent execution against defined goals.
Education and Skills
- The ideal candidate has 2 to 5+ years of experience and is an alumnus of a top-tier engineering or MBA college.
