OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst who can effectively handle both pre-sales and post-sales activities. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent client interaction skills, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements from the initial stage, defining the right solution, and ensuring seamless execution after project confirmation.
Key Responsibilities1. Pre-Sales Responsibilities- Conduct initial requirement gathering during client calls to understand business needs and expectations
- Ask relevant and insightful questions to clearly define project scope, features, and overall vision
- Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document)
- Share solution ideas, references, and basic design concepts with clients
- Help clients visualize the proposed solution and align expectations before project confirmation
2. Post-Sales ResponsibilitiesRequirement Structuring & Design- Create detailed Information Architecture (IA) to define system structure and flow
- Design wireframes to represent screens, workflows, and user journeys
- Use tools like Draw.io, Balsamiq, Axure RP, and Figma
Documentation & Planning- Break down requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Maintain and manage user stories using Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Ensure proper documentation and clarity for development and QA teams
Client Communication & Alignment- Present IA, wireframes, and user stories to clients and stakeholders
- Conduct regular (weekly) sprint calls to share updates and gather feedback
- Continuously refine requirements based on discussions and feedback
Required Skills- Strong understanding of requirement gathering and analysis
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to create wireframes, Information Architecture, and workflows
- Basic understanding of Agile methodology and user stories
- Good understanding of web & mobile tech stacks to suggest appropriate solutions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently

- Figma
Documentation & Collaboration- Google Docs
- Google Sheets
- Confluence
Technology Understanding (Important)- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Awareness of frontend & backend frameworks
- Understanding of mobile app development (Android, iOS, Flutter)
- Basic knowledge of APIs and integrations
- Awareness of database concepts (MySQL, MongoDB)
Additional Requirements- Must have hands-on experience in creating Scope Documents, BRD, FRD, Wireframes, and Information Architecture
- Strong understanding of development technologies and their practical use cases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Important Note- This is a Work From Office role based in Lucknow
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in an IT Services company
