We seek professionals who combine strong Pharma/Lifesciences domain expertise with an AI-ready mindset, leveraging AI, GenAI, Data, and Digital Technologies to transform business processes, accelerate outcomes, and unlock new opportunities for innovation.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, with mandatory hands-on experience delivering solutions for global Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences organizations.
- Strong domain expertise in Clinical Trials, Clinical Development, or related Pharma business processes (preferred).
- Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for enterprise applications.
- Strong scenario-based problem-solving skills with extensive real-time project experience and a solid foundation in Business Analysis best practices.
- Ability to independently lead end-to-end BA activities, collaborate with business and technical teams, and drive requirements with minimal supervision.
- Experience working in fast-paced project environments with aggressive timelines, multiple stakeholders, and frequent change requests.
- Good understanding of Project Management principles, stakeholder management, risk identification, and end-to-end solution ownership.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and workshop management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
- Preference for candidates who have owned products or projects end-to-end in dynamic consulting or product environments, rather than having limited functional exposure within large organizations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach is highly desirable.
