About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E Business Suite (EBS) Senior Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in Supply Chain and Production processes to join our team at Curia. This role is pivotal in providing Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Oracle EBS R12, acting as a vital link between business needs and IT solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations within a regulated environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into effective system configurations and process improvements, ensuring the seamless operation of critical ERP systems that underpin our manufacturing and supply chain activities. Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by 5-8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E Business Suite R12 in manufacturing environments. Proven expertise in supply chain and manufacturing processes, particularly within pharmaceutical or regulated industries, is essential. The candidate should have a solid understanding of production operations, quality-driven manufacturing practices, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with global teams and stakeholders. Additionally, experience acting as a Business Analyst, translating business needs into ERP solutions, and supporting live, mission-critical systems is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Oracle EBS R12, ensuring system stability and operational continuity across manufacturing and supply chain functions. Support and guide Level 1 support teams during incident resolution, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and improve system performance. Act as a Business Analyst for the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehouse modules, translating business requirements into system configurations and functional designs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by proposing and implementing evolutionary system enhancements, supporting functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
Manage and support core Oracle EBS modules such as Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing/WIP, Production Planning & Scheduling, Costing, and Procurement. Collaborate with technical teams and external partners to support integrations between Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency. Lead small projects aimed at system evolution and process optimization, coordinating efforts across multidisciplinary teams. Provide support to the Computer System Validation (CSV) department by contributing to validation documentation, impact assessments, and validation activities, ensuring all changes comply with internal quality and validation standards.
